Rules and Regulations

Please take the time to read over the rules ahead of time so we can keep everything running smoothly and make your time with us more enjoyable.

CONDUCT: Each Camper will conduct themselves in such a way as to insure the safety and happiness of others. Intoxication or indecent language will not be tolerated, all violators will be asked to leave without refund. Quiet time is 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

SWIMMING & BOATING: at your own risk. There is NO LIFE GUARD OR RESPONSIBLE PERSON ON DUTY. NY State Health Department regulations are posted at the bathing area. Please Observe. All children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older). NO BOATS or FISHING in the Swimming area. Boaters must have life preservers on (we will supply some if convenient and store open). Parent or responsible adult must be in the pond area to supervise minors. NO EXCEPTIONS, these rules are designed to maintain a safe experience for everyone.

VEHICLES: All vehicles must stop and register at the office before entering the campground. If no one is available at the office, please sign clip board stating intent and name of person being visited, along with license plate number and make vehicle. No more than 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles must be parked in visitor parking across from the pavilion. Speed Limit is 5 MPH - PLEASE OBSERVE. Some roads are one way so please pay attention and follow the directions appropriately. Mopeds and motor bikes may be used to and from the store only and must be registered vehicles. No ATVs are allowed for use at the campground. All drivers must possess a legal drivers license.

PETS:Are required to be LEASHED AT ALL TIMES while outdoors or being walked. Do not leave your pet unattended at the site. You will be expected to clean up after your pet. They are not permitted in any buildings, in the beach area or in the children's play area. Please advise your guests not to bring their pets, they will be turned away. If your pet is noisy please refrain from bringing them along. Loud pets will not be tolerated. We want to maintain a peaceful camping environment for all of our guests.

CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children at all times. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while in the bath houses. Children under 13 years of age Must be back to their campsites by 9:00PM weeknights and 10:00 PM on weekends, unless accompanied by an adult. All children must be back at their sites by 11:00 PM. Children are not to be left unattended at the campground when you depart. Children are not to play in the roads. Children MUST be accompanied to the beach and around the pond by an adult at all times.

FIRES: Are to be contained in the rings provided, never to be left unattended and should be extinguished before turning in at night or on vacating the site. If fires are too large, high, etc you will be asked to put it out.

FISHING: is allowed in any place except near the swimming area. We do not allow any live bait except worms. Guests are not allowed fishing privileges. Regulations for "Keepers", size and quantity according to NY State Guidelines and regulations are to be adhered to. We are required by law to adhere to these guidelines so no exceptions will be made.

VISITORS:
ALL VISITORS MUST STOP AT THE OFFICE BEFORE ENTERING THE CAMPGROUNDS.
Rates for daytime and overnight visitors as posted on the rates page. Daytime visitors are requested to leave by 11:00 PM. No FISHING Privileges for visitors. Visitor's cars must be parked in the visitor parking area located across from the pavilion, NOT at campsite. Visitors are NOT to bring pets.

FIRE ARMS and FIRE WORKS are STRICTLY PROHIBITED

HORSESHOES are only to be used in the designated horseshoe pits.

No Cutting or Removing trees or shrubs is permitted anywhere on the property, including around the sites.

GARBAGE: We will be picking up the regular garbage once a week.

RECYCLING: There will be barrels for recycling materials placed near the well house, in the tenting area and next to our dumpster. Please empty and rinse materials out thoroughly. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct item is placed in the appropriate container.

DUMPING: Sewage removal will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays - weather permitting. You are to notify the office the day before, if this service is required.

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for loss of money or valuables of any kind. Please notify the office of anything observed which is not in the best interest of our campers. We welcome your constructive suggestions and feedback as well.
